About Us
Jangkang Foundation was born from a collective inspiration of its founders, to support Indonesia's development program, particularly Bali, in endeavoring a mature and eminent civil society. The word "jangkang" is adopted from the name of one Balinese holy dance that belongs to a remote banjar called Pelilit, which is situated in the Nusa Penida Island of Klungkung Regency.

Research
Jangkang Research Institute provides comprehensive and integrated solutions concerning the development challenges in Indonesia, particularly Bali, by means of its competency, capacity and technology to provide full cycles of research, application, monitoring and evaluation. The institute ensures collaboration between mono-disciplinary research and a number of multidisciplinary research units under its body.
